Good morning everyone! Surely EVERYONE isn't out shopping? I hope everyone had a great day and has a great weekend!
I found this at a nearby garage sale, and alcohol dripped on does not make it tacky. It is warm to the touch.

Ideas, anyone? It's almost 2" long by 1 1/8" wide. Thanks ever so much.
