    I am trying to navigate & learn about all the features of our new board!!
    Starting to feel like home!!
    We are all reluctant / resistant to change.....but change can be good.
    We are constantly adjusting to tech. changes daily with our computers and gadgets...so we will all be more computer literate 😉

    Today I went to the dr for a scheduled check up , lab work, and to get a flu shot.
    I have had some allergies and was coughing last night & coughing at the dr office...
    so much that my BP was dangerously high!
    The dr said, there is strep going around. I want to test you before I give you a flu shot.
    I said, but I am just coughing no fever. Well guess what... I have strep. Caught it early so hopefully will have a mild case... started antibiotics today.
    So in 2 weeks return to get a flu shot, and my BP was normal when I left. Guess it was good I had an appt scheduled today.
    I havent been on antibiotics in over a year....that is a good record for me 🙂
