Reconstituted amber is the lower grade cloudy or dark stuff that is ground to a fine powder, then molded in a high pressure mold like they mold rubber and plastic in for instance. And if they go to that much trouble they usually add some fossils to make it more valuable, so always be suspicious of amber with fossil inclusions, especially if it’s abundant. Inclusions are just not that commonly found in natural amber
Amber, One million years old would definitely be copal at best, but lots of it is passed off as amber. If your piece was bought from a TV show or personality, (unnamed) it’s probably ”reconstituted
